Delivery and Postage
Orders will be shipped within Australia via Australia Post.
Please allow 2-4 business days for addresses within NSW, and 3-6 business days for interstate locations.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
We take pride in the quality of every product we sell and in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns for Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We will gladly offer a repair, replacement, or refund if the item you received is:
- Faulty or damaged (through no fault of your own)
- Not as described or differs significantly from the product listing
- Incorrect (i.e. you received the wrong item)
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@needsmoredragons.net with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
We will cover return postage for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Email info@needsmoredragons.net with clear images of the damage or fault of the item, in its original packaging, as well as your order number, to assist our team with your request.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

How to Lodge a Return (if eligible)
- Email info@needsmoredragons.net with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos (if relevant)
- Wait for return approval and further instructions
- Package your item securely and return as instructed
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll confirm your refund, repair, or replacement
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
